Each made-to-order piece is created especially for you once your order is placed. Because these items are crafted individually and not held in stock, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. This approach helps us reduce waste, work thoughtfully, and maintain the quality and care that goes into every piece.

Each piece features carefully hand-applied beading. To help prevent damage, we recommend handling your item gently and avoiding contact with sharp objects or rough surfaces. When not in use, store your piece flat or in a soft dust bag to protect the beading. While designed to be worn and enjoyed, delicate details may show natural wear over time, which is part of the handmade process.

in the unlikely event that a bead becomes loose, minor repairs can often be made easily. Please contact us  at sundaykindofmind@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to guide you or discuss repair options where possible.
